1.  RMR is a family owned father and son team of Toby and TJ with our office manager, Debbie- Toby's wife and TJ's mom.

2.  We three are  natives to the valley.  We know this area better than anyone.  If it's out there we'll find it for you!

3.  We absolutely care about our customers.  There is no better compliment to us, than repeat clients and referrals - and that is 90% of our business!  Our clients and friends would be happy to tell you why!

4.  We have a small office, but produce HUGE results!  Since we opened in 1999 we have sold over $90,000,000 in Real Estate!  Our sales have increased every year since we have been open - we sold $20,000,000 last year alone.  Divide these numbers by the number of agents we have  and you can see we have one of the highest PRODUCTION per AGENT ratios in the Valley! 

5.  We do not compete with each other - WE HELP EACH OTHER!  Teamwork makes the difference - and it has since 1999!  While the big offices are fighting over your business, we are working together to help you succeed!
